Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

I needed a quick and simple recipe for pork chops.....I wasn't really in the mood to cook and had these pork chops out. This recipe was soooo good and the pork chops stayed super moist, tender and had really great flavor!!

Simple ingredients: I always mix my bread crumbs {Panko & Regular}, grated parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic powder and of course your pork chops

Mix all the dry ingredients together and then rub each pork chop with some olive oil. Coat each pork chop with the breading mixture and place in your greased baking dish. An then....you guessed it....BAKE IT!!

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops, 1/2" thick
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder

Instructions:
On a plate combine the last 5 ingredients. Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it. Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Place the pork chops on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

ENJOY!!!
