Taco Dip

My friend Sara makes this BANGIN dip....which all of us refer to as "The Dip" and we normally have her make it every time we all get together or have a party! THENNNNN she brought this dip over one day.........all I can say is O.M.G.! It is so good!!!! I made it one night when we had a few people over and we DEVOURED a 9x9 pan!!!!!!

 

First I whipped together a block of cream cheese, packet of Hidden Valley Ranch and Sour Cream

 

Layer that on the bottom of your pan

{I don't have any pictures of the next step} Fry up your ground beef {amount according to the size dish your using} with about 2 TBS. of Taco Seasoning

 

Layer the beef on top of the cream cheese layer {after it has cooled a little bit}

Then spread some good ole' cheese over the beef {Cheddar, Taco Blend or even Colby/Monetary Jack}

 

Then layer the top off with some lettuce and tomatoes!!

 

HOLY MOLY!!! Throw that bad boy in the fridge for at least an hour and then serve it up with some tortilla chips or Our favorite is Doritos!!!
