Strawberry Cobbler

I LOVE strawberries....who doesn't?!?! This strawberry cobbler is super simple and was sooooo good!! I had made it BEFORE fresh strawberries were out, so using fresh strawberries....well it would be out of this world good! ;)

All you need is Bisquick, sugar, butter, egg and quartered strawberries

In a greased baking dish, toss your strawberries and sprinkle with sugar.....I mean already THAT sounds amazing!

Then mix together your bisquick and sugar

 Add your egg

It will be crumbly...

Spread that on top of your strawberries

Then pour your melted butter over top and throw it in the oven

HOLY MOLY! About 5 minutes before it's done, pull it out and sprinkle a little sugar on top and finish baking

Of course you need to add a little vanilla ice cream to it then ;)

INGREDIENTS:

1 pint fresh or frozen strawberries (thaw if frozen)
1 cup sugar
1 cup bisquick
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted

INSTRUCTIONS:

Quarter strawberries and place in the bottom of a square baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix together sugar and bisquick. Stir in egg, mixture will be clumpy. Sprinkle over strawberries in dish. Drizzle butter over baking mix. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, or until browned. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

ENJOY!!!
