Stuffed Pepper Soup

 
I have made this multiple times, it is that good. It taste just like a stuffed pepper!!!
 
Fry up your ground beef, onion and peppers

After draining, put back in the pot and add chicken broth, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce or even a can of tomato soup

Give it a good stir and then add your cooked rice

An stir it up again, then add your seasonings: sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper
 
I let it simmer then for about 30 minutes

YUMMOOO!!!!!!
 
Ingredient's:
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1-2 bell peppers, chopped
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of tomato sauce {or tomato soup}
1 {14oz} can chicken broth {or beef}
2 cups of cooked rice
1 TBS. sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
shredded cheddar cheese for topping
 
Directions:
In a large pot brown up your ground beef with the onions and peppers.
 Drain after cooked.
Put back into pot and add chicken broth, diced tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Stir it up good and then add rice. Stir again.
Then stir in your seasonings, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir again.
Put the lid on your pot and let simmer over low-medium heat for about 30 minutes to let all the flavors come together.
Serve with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese over top.
