Easy Chicken Parmesan
An Italian Classic....Chicken Parm!!! I haven't made chicken parmesan in years....I normally make Egg Plant Parmesan and we LOVE that. Which you would do the exact same thing, just use egg plant instead of chicken breasts!
You'll need 4-6 pounded out chicken breasts
About 1-1 1/2 cups of seasoned bread crumbs and 2 eggs beaten for your egg wash
First dip your chicken breast in the egg wash....
Then dip it in the bread crumbs and make sure it is totally coated
In a heated pan with oil, lay as many as you can comfortably in the oil
Fry each side until nice and golden brown
Plate it up and pour a spoonful of spaghetti sauce over top of each chicken breast. Then top with a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
I always serve it up with some spaghetti noodles with the remaining sauce :)
