Roasted Brussel Sprouts
We love Brussel Sprouts! I normally just boil some water and then add them and cook until soft. Drain the water an add some butter. But I have seen and heard of a lot of people roasted them. An it sounds amazing!!
I chopped mine in half and stuck them in a zip bag
Add your salt, pepper, garlic salt and oil to the bag
Give her a good shake and then toss on a greased baking sheet
YUM!
Bake for 20-25, or until softened
Flipping them half way through
They are so full of flavor....sweet, toasty and soft!
Ingredients
- 1 pound brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut a thin slice off the stump of each brussels sprout and remove any loose or old leaves on the outside of each sprout.
- Slice each of the brussels sprouts lengthwise.
- Toss in the oil and spread out on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the brussels sprouts.
- Bake in a 400F oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
