Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers

 HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!!! Here's a good appetizer recipe for you to try out this weekend!! Great for a party/gathering with friends!! It's another recipe I have just thrown together one day. So measurements aren't exact! ;)

Ingredients you will need: Jalapeno peppers {also you can use little sweet peppers}, bacon, cream cheese {softened}, shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and onion powder
First start by cutting and cleaning your peppers. I cut the tops off and then cut long ways in half. Clean out the insides and lay them on a greased baking sheet

Next mix up your cream cheese, shredded cheddar {this time I used Cheddar Jack, you could any cheese of choice} and both garlic and onion powder. Mix well

Now fill each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture

Then wrap each one with a piece or half a piece of bacon {depending on the size of your peppers}

Bake them @ 350' for about 20-30 minutes...or until bacon is cooked and peppers are tender.

YUM! These are a favorite in our house! I like to make them on a lazy Sunday afternoon while watching some football!!!

ENJOY!!!
