Cream Chipped Beef

This is by far one of my favorite breakfast meals!! I'm not a huge fan of breakfast in general, for whatever reason! But whenever we go out for breakfast somewhere, I will more then likely get Cream Chipped Beef over Toast. My husband's favorite meal is breakfast and his breakfast choice is a Steak, Eggs and Home fires! He on the other is not a huge fan of the Creamed Chip Beef....so I normally just make a small amount for myself! ;)
The only ingredients you need!
Milk, Flour, Butter and Chipped Beef....and of course salt and pepper!

First melt your butter...

Add in your flour to make a roux...

Whisk it up until it looks like above...

Add your milk and whisk

Whisk up until nice and smooth and until all the lumps are evened out
Chop up your chipped beef

Add it to your cream sauce and stir it up

MMmMmMmmm......I normally leave it on low for a little to let the flavors blend

YUM! Pour over 2 slices of toast!

Ingredients:
