Beef Noodle Casserole

My friend Sara makes this awesome ground beef, noodle and corn casserole that I LOVE!! It is so yummy and very kid friendly! It also makes plenty of leftovers, which is never a bad thing! It is topped with crumbled buttery ritz crackers and has a creamy, smooth texture. Ahhhhh, I'm drooling just typing this! Let's get to it!!
 
 
 
Brown 1lb of ground beef, drain and put back in the pan.
 
Stir in the ingredients above with your ground beef....... 1 can of Cream of Chicken, 1 can of Cream of Mushroom, 1 can of Corn and 8oz. of Sour cream.
 
Cook up about 2 cups of egg noodles, drain
 
 Throw everything together in a large casserole dish
 
Top it with some crumbled ritz crackers, bake @ 350' for about 30 minutes. Or until bubbly and crackers have browned!
