Peanut Butter Blossoms & Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Growing up at my house, Peanut Butter Blossoms were made every single year. They are my Dad and I's FAVORITE!! I mean what's not to like....a peanut butter cookie, rolled in sugar and then topped with a Hershey kiss!! YUM!! Another favorite is the peanut butter cup cookies. MmMMmMm!!!

First start out with unwrapping your Hershey kisses and Reese Cups. I used resse bells ;)
Mix up your peanut butter, butter, sugar & brown sugar
Once mixed, add 1 egg at a time and then your vanilla
In a separate bowl mix up your dry ingredients: Flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt
Slowly add your dry ingredients to your peanut butter mixture
YUM!!!! Now start rolling into balls
Roll each ball in sugar and then place them on your cookie sheet
For the resse cup one: use the same method just don't roll in sugar. Roll them into balls and then place them in a mini muffin pan.
Bake the peanut butter blossoms for 8-10 minutes @ 350
Bake the Peanut Butter Cup for 9-12 minutes @ 350
As soon as they come out of the oven your stick a Hershey kiss right on top and then let them cool
Same thing with the resse cups....as soon as they come out of the oven stick a resse cup/bell into the cookie and then let cool.

Ingredients for 4 dozen cookies:
1 cup butter
1 15oz. jar peanut butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions: {Peanut Butter Blossom's}
- 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup granulated sugar, the brown sugar, peanut butter, butter and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- 2 Shape dough into 1-inch balls; roll in additional granulated sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- 3 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light brown. Immediately press 1 chocolate candy in center of each cookie. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
Directions: {Peanut Butter Cup cookies}
- 3 Shape dough into 3/4-inch balls.Place one ball into each muffin cup.
- Bake 12 minutes. Immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into center of each cookie. Bake 2 minutes longer. Cool in pan on cooling rack.
