Oven-Baked Munster Chicken
I'm telling you, if this recipe got any easier...it would be like you just ordered take out and it was delivered to your oven! Literally, there is only like 3 steps and your already eating it. The chicken is super moist and juicy and the Munster cheese gives it and awesome flavor!
Salt and pepper your chicken breast and dredge both sides in bread crumbs. Spray your baking dish and lay them in and bake for 16 minutes.
Pull them out and add your slices on munster cheese ontop and add your wine to the bottom. Stick back in the oven and bake another 16 minutes or until juices run clear and cheese is nice and melted!
DONE! That's it, that's all you do!! An it is awesome!
Ingredients
- 3-4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 6-8 slices of Muenster cheese
- Plain or seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wash and pat chicken breasts dry.
- Salt and pepper chicken.
- Dredge both sides of the chicken in bread crumbs.
- Place in greased, foil-lined pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes.
- Remove from oven and pour wine in the bottom of the baking pan.
- Place two slices of cheese over each chicken breast.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 16 minutes, or until done.
