Fresh Peach Cobbler
Good Morning Everyone!
When peaches are in season I like to make as much peach stuff as possible! This peach cobbler is so easy and was soooooo good! I made it and brought it in to my work to feed all the guys! They loved it! Only thing that would make it better....a nice big scoop of vanilla ice cream!
Let's Get Started!
Peel and cut up your peaches
Place them in a greased 9x13 and then sprinkle about 1/4-1/2 cup of sugar over them and sat aside
Then cream your butter with your sugar
Next sift your dry ingredients together.....Flour, Baking Powder and salt
Then toss your dry ingredients into the creamed butter and sugar, mix well
Add 1 egg and vanilla and mix until combine
It will be pretty thick
Then you could drop spoonful's on top of your peaches or attempt to spread it out like I did above
Toss that sucker in the oven for about 35-45 minutes!
YUM!!!
