Grill it ALL up!!!

This seemed appropriate for a Friday.....A Grilling Extravaganza! There is 3 different grilling recipes/ideas for you to try out! Grilling season isn't quite over yet! ;) Some people I'm sure grill all year around, which isn't a bad idea if you have a roof over your head while your doing it :)

Let's Get Started!

First up Grilled Shrimp!

Super simple....Clean, but keep the tails on

Then just stick them on your skewers and then I sprinkled them with a little A1 Dry Rub Garlic & Classic Herbs

Then just stick them on the grill {I put them on the top rack and keep it on low} until they turn pink. You don't want to cook them to long or they will start to get a little rubbery. It really doesn't take long to cook them up!
And they are soooooo good!!

Next up Grilled Asparagus!

Again super simple.......First cut the ends off and rinse them off

All you need is a little oil, salt/pepper and garlic salt

Cover them in oil and sprinkle with s/p and garlic salt {I do a generous amount, due to it coming off while putting on the grill and flipping them around while cooking}

Then cook them on the grill {I keep it on low} until soft and has some nice grill marks

YUM! It's are favorite way to have asparagus!

NEXT.....Grilled Cheesy Potatoes!

First slice your potatoes pretty thin and layer them in a greased grill safe pan {which I lined with tin foil for easier clean up ;) }

After a thin layer of potatoes, add a drizzle of your favorite BBQ Sauce and some slivers of onions

Then add another layer of potatoes, drizzle of BBQ Sauce, Onions and add some crumbled bacon pieces!

Top with some shredded cheese {I also added a 1/2 tbsp. of butter}

Cover them loosely and stick on the grill. Depending how thick you have this and how thick your potatoes are.....it can take half hour-45 minutes to get everything nice and soft. You just have to check them every so often. I mixed them around every like 10 minutes or so as best that I could.

Done.....MMmMmMmmMmmm....are you drooling?!?

I then added a little more cheese and some green onions! YUM!

ENJOY!!!!!
