Chili on a Cornbread WAFFLE!!!!

Who doesn't love a warm bowl of chili with a dollop of sour cream an a sprinkle of cheese and cornbread muffin with a little pat of butter melting down over the top?
Wellllllllll, I have come across something even better then that!!!! Make the cornbread muffin into a WAFFLE! Yea I know, it's a lot to take in! I was super excited an have been making it like this ever since! First let's make some chili!

You will need your main canned ingredients! I always have to add a little heat {the diced tomatoes with green chilli's ;) }

I start out with ground beef, onions, peppers, garlic and salt and a little pepper.

Cook it up till the beef is no longer pink and then drain. Stick it back in your pot and add your oregano, chili powder, tomato sauce an diced tomatoes.

Bring that to a boil an then I always taste it to see if maybe you need any extra spices.

Once your ready to serve, I then stir in the kidney beans an keep on low. Next is the exciting part!!

I normally just use either a box or bag mix of cornbread mix. Either way, mix it up an throw that in your waffle maker!!!

An then start layering! HOLY CRAP! Doesn't that look yummy!!!
