Oreo and Peanut Butter Brownie Cakes
These bad boys are just T R O U B L E!!! In a good and bad way! LOL! They are soooooo goooooddddd!!!!! I thought that the oreo would get kinda soft, but they stay hard/crunchy! They are pretty simple for the most part, just somewhat time consuming! But well worth it!!
I made these around Halloween.....so we got orange filled Oreos! ;) Made them extra fun!!
Start by filling your cupcake pan with papers....
Spread some peanut butter on 1 Oreo, then top it with another Oreo annnnddd then more PEANUT BUTTER!!! Yea I just said that and I'm guessing your drooling by now!
Stick them in your cupcake papers.....Now mix up your box of brownie mix....
Pour a spoonful of the brownie mix over top of the Oreos.....I made sure all sides were coated. Then stick them in the oven and Bake!
YUUUUMMMM!!! Enjoy!!!
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix, 8×8 inch size
24 Oreo Cookies
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and line a 12 muffin cup baker with paper liners.
2. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. For each cupcake cup spread 1 teaspoon of peanut butter over 2 Oreo cookies and stack them on top of each other. Spoon 2 Tablespoons of brownie batter over each stacked oreos and let it run down the sides of the cookies. If you have left over brownie batter, bake separately in a separate baker or muffin tin. Bake cookies and brownies for 18 to 20 minutes, until brownies are cooked through. Let cool completely then serve.
