Simple Beef & Broccoli Casserole

This recipe is super simple!! You could also switch it up with just about anything! Don't have beef...use turkey or chicken. You could even substitute the broccoli with peas or even green beans!! There's really no way to mess it up and you could defiantly add your own spin to it!

Heat up some oil and sauté your onions

Add your ground beef and cook until brown, I also added some mushrooms
Also start cooking your noodles

After draining your beef, you wanna add your cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper, paprika and mix.

I steamed my broccoli a little before putting it in the casserole dish.

Cooked noodles...

Add your meat sauce...

Mix it up and stick it in the oven for about 25 minutes!

All done!!!

1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
*if your adding in vegetables you can use frozen easily. Add it into the baking dish before you put it in the oven. Two cups of your choice is great, but add more to your liking. Broccoli and peas work really great in this dish.
