Homemade Croutons

I hardly ever buy croutons at the grocery store any more. These are so simple to make and taste much better. Plus most croutons you buy are pretty hard and you can never stick them with a fork or they just crumble. Making them at home you can make them fresh and as soft or crispy as you like.

Use any bread you like....I normally make them when I have rolls or bread that is close to going stale.

Cubed it up and throw it on a baking sheet, laying all pieces flat

Drizzle some oil over all bread cubes. Then sprinkle a little garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, garlic salt and season salt over the cubes.

Toss them around to evenly coat and then put in the oven preheated @ 250' for about 15 minutes. Or until crispy to your liking.

When they are done, store in a air tight container

ENJOY!!!
